DAIRY - all of our chicken is dredged in milk and unfortunately is not dairy free.
EGGS - there is Egg used in our Banana Pudding! Both our Comeback Sauce and Tennessee Tang are mayo based sauces which include pasteurized Eggs.
NUTS – no added nuts in our menu items!
SOY – no added soy in our menu items! However, soybean oil is present in both our Mayo Based sauces (Comeback Sauce & Tennesee Tang) and Soy Lecithin is present in our bread (but not our buns)!
MUSTARD – both mustard and mustard see is used in a large variety of our menu items. With the tight quarters of our kitchen, there is a possibility that most items are exposed!
